Joint WP 1 / WP 3 Workshop Oslo, 26-27 March 2009
Practical information Workshop venue The workshop will take place in ARENA's seminar room in Sognsveien 68, Oslo.
Rica Travel Hotel
Rica Travel Hotel is located in the city centre, within walking distance from Stortinget subway stop and Nationaltheateret station (where the subway as well as the Airport Express Train stops). Travel Participants will need to make their own travel arrangements and pay for their travel. For participants attending the WP 1 session: Travel costs to be covered by home institution's RECON budget. For participants also attending the WP 3 session: Travel costs to be reimbursed by ARENA after the workshop. Please save all original tickets and receipts which will need to be sent to ARENA together with a signed version of the RECON reimbursement form (download Word file).
