Practical information The workshop will take place in ARENA's seminar room in Sognsveien 68, Oslo. Participants will stay at the Rica Travel Hotel in Arbeidergata 4, Oslo. Rica Travel Hotel
Hotel and workshop venue Rica Travel Hotel is located in the city centre, within walking distance from Stortinget subway stop and Nationaltheateret station (where the subway as well as the Airport Express Train stops). Dinner A common dinner will be held at Ekebergrestauranten Friday evening. There will be common departure/transport from the Rica Travel Hotel at 19:15.
Travel and reimbursements Participants will need to make their own travel arrangements and pay for their travel. ARENA will reimburse travel costs after the workshop. Please save all original tickets and receipts which will need to be sent to ARENA together with a signed version of the RECON reimbursement form: download word
